Hi I'm Annie! I recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Masters in Human-Centered Design and Engineering in 2023. Previously, I received my B.S. from UC Davis in 2019, majored in Computer Science 👩🏻💻, and minored in Psychology 🧠.
With my interdisciplinary background, I can understand how technology is implemented behind products and how cognition and behavior play roles in creating meaningful and usable experiences. I'm interested in bridging these fields, and I hope to explore my interests through a career in UX Design.
Within HCI, I enjoy learning about entanglement theories and exploring different cultures. I understand how the world around us is interdependent and how design practices can affect not only humans (especially in a variety of cultures), but also non-humans.
